I
graduated from Columbus School in Havana, Cuba in 1960. I obtained my
State of Florida real estate license in 1971. I received my Associate
in Arts Degree from Miami-Dade
Community College in 1972. I became a REALTOR® in 1973 and founded
Pan Florida Realty, Inc. In the same year I became a Mortgage Broker.
I speak fluently English and Spanish.
Currently I am a member of the REALTOR®
Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, the Women’s
Council of REALTORS® Miami-Dade, South Chapter, and the International
Real Estate Committee. Throughout the years I have completed numerous
educational programs and seminars and attend as many as my time permits.
I am an Accredited Buyers
Representative. I believe in education and keeping abreast of changes
in our field is of the outmost importance in order to properly serve
my clients.
I feel that the key to my success in real estate is due to my professional
standards, integrity and disposition towards my clients. I am a people
person. I am receptive to people and this helps me determine and deal
with their business needs. Outside the business arena I belong to the
Board of Directors of (Mothers Against Repression) M.A.R. Por Cuba and
I am a benefactor and help with the adoption of homeless dogs at Born
Free Sanctuary.
